Lucas A. Aeschbacher
Founder | CEO
Lucas A. Aeschbacher is a Swiss educator with degrees in education (Switzerland) and International Development (University of Vienna), forming his expertise in pedagogy and global education systems. As a seasoned leader, he has over 20 years of experience in various roles, including school principal, education director, and school board member. His strategic and operational expertise is complemented by his hands-on experience as a school co-founder in both Germany and Austria. Furthermore, his extensive intercultural competence has been honed through professional work in Egypt and through managing development projects in Senegal, Kenya, and Southeast Europe.
Vahan P. Roth
Founder | CFO
Vahan P. Roth’s expertise spans finance, law, IT, and educational leadership. He primarily works in finance, leveraging his CFA® charterholder status and a CAS Certificate of Advanced Studies in Financial Markets from the University of Basel. He also holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich. Additionally, he completed training as a school principal at the University of Teacher Education in Lucerne and founded a Swiss international school in Egypt.
Hend El Dahan
Architect
Hend El Dahan is a multidisciplinary professional with a passion for architecture, education, and the arts. She studied architecture at the Technische Universität Darmstadt and led her own architecture office for a decade. As co-founder of a Swiss international school in Egypt, Hend played a key role in shaping its vision, concept and day-to-day operations serving in a variety of different roles over the years. She also designed the school’s campus — guiding it from the first concept to completion. Combining creativity with analytical thinking, Hend’s expertise spans project management, data analysis, and educational leadership.
